ClientStack runs a request flow you define. People answer your questions. AI checks the text against your criteria, and your rules choose what happens next. You write the questions and summary template.
For each accepted answer, Jev checks all your criteria in one call. ClientStack applies your rules in PHP. You pay for TypeSafe usage through your own account; the total depends on your request volume and current provider rates.
A PHP 8.4+ server, MySQL 8+, HTTPS, scheduled tasks, SMTP, and a TypeSafe account with Jev access. The installation guide covers the setup. You do not need Redis or a Node.js runtime.
You can build an integration with the team API. Start a request, send answers, read the outcome, and handle the next action in your own system. Native helpdesk connectors are not included.
